2.How does Siboly air cooler work:

pump water to wet the wet curtains,then a high power fan blow fresh and moist air in the cabnet into a room,while outdoor dry and hot air by pressure continuously goes through the wet pads which cool the hot air into the cabnet( environmental protection).
